Flexibility & Posture

  • Daily Yoga
    • Fix posture
    • Alleviate shoulder pain
  • Increase Hip flexibility
  • Increase lower back flexibility
  • Increase body limberness
  • Enhance balance

Resistance & Cardio

  • High-intensity interval training (HIIT)
  • Increase stamina
  • Increase lung capacity
  • Increase core strength
  • Tone biceps, triceps, obliques, glutes
  • Walk 7 miles a day

Diet

  • Increase fiber intake
  • Stay properly hydrated
  • High protein low carb.

Beauty & Fashion

  • Laser removal of facial / body hair
  • Dye hair
  • New glasses
  • Renew wardrobe
